Enable Sigmafine Analyses to Work with SFVisualizer™

With the release of the new SFVisualizer™ web-based application, all the Sigmafine Analyses are executed by the application server hosting the SFWebApi. For this reason, you must setup some configuration parameters in order to guarantee the concurrent execution of the Sigmafine Analyses, in a server environment where different users are working through the SFVisualizer™ web application.

Changes to the Sigmafine Registry Settings​

You are required to add the string key ‘WorkingDirectory’ and edit its value to indicate the full path of an existing folder.

  1. Run Windows Regedit.exe utility.
  2. Add the ‘WorkingDirectory’ key to the following registry entries:

  • Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Pimsoft\Sigmafine

  • Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Pimsoft\Sigmafine

    The configured folder should have the 'Read' and 'Write' permission assigned to "Everybody".

  1. (Optional) Add the DWORD key RetainWorkingFiles to drive the Sigmafine Analyses to delete or retain the working files.
